Tasks:
• Support Service Manager in daily tasks
• Assisting in set-up of KPI’s and monthly follow-up of these indicators
• Elaborating standard documents
• Making analysis of quotations: strong points, weak points, price settings
• Assisting with the introduction of the 5S in the workshops
• Follow up of action plan HSE and Quality
Required Skills:
You are currently a business student and you are interested in the technical field as well as in administrative work. You speak English fluently. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus. Additionally you are familiar with MS-Office, especially with Excel and Word; SAP and Access is a plus. Besides you are very well organized, open-minded and pro-active. Punctuality and accuracy are highly valued.
